Training is of vital importance for the development of the staff of any organizations sustainability of any assignment. We train our entire staff at all levels as a continuing process. Training is arranged mainly in accordance with the requirements of the relevant project, and authorities. This is achieved through a combination of on-the-job training, formal seminars and case studies.

Most organizations have a diverse staff distribution, in which different groups perform different tasks. the production level requires normally a larger share of the training since it is a larger group of staff. On the other hand their training requirements are not as disparate. The strategic management division, undergoes a wider spectrum of training courses though requires a lesser proportion of the total training.
